PCOS Mom carefully sources all ingredients from several countries around the world to ensure the best quality.   

Shipping Time

During different seasons, our processing times can vary from 1-5 business days or sooner. Once we have fulfilled and processed your order, shipping times typically range from 2-5 business days. Kindly note that this does not include major holidays.

Shipping Address

PCOS Mom kindly requests customers to ensure the accuracy of their address details (including unit/apt numbers) prior to placing an order. We regret to inform you that we are unable to make changes to addresses once orders are placed, and we have a strict no-refund policy for any delivery issues caused by customer errors. Thank you for your understanding.

Missing Packages

PCOS Mom cannot take responsibility for shipping delays, nor can we be held liable for any mistakes made by the shipping courier, such as delays or lost/stolen items. If such a situation arises, we suggest contacting the shipping courier you received your tracking information from to attempt to recover the package or file a claim directly with them.

Refund Policy

We kindly ask for your understanding as we have a strict no refund policy in place, given the nature of our products. Please note that all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and potency of our products, as well as for the safety of our team and valued customers.
